[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had the 496L Quad Door in matte charcoal black for a little while and really like it. The matte finish hides fingerprints, the interior is so beautiful, bright, and easy to organise. It runs quietly and keeps a very even temperature. Confession: I’m writing this from hospital after surgery (doing fine!) and I’m missing my midnight raids. My mouth is watering just thinking about it. If I could change just one thing, I would make the door compartments slightly taller so my favourite wine can stand up inside them. Overall, excellent value and design. Would happily recommend.

This feature includes holiday mode which uses lower energy but enough to prevent molds. The semi-matte finish is great. I haven't seen finger marks yet, so I am quite glad. Very generous fridge space that is a common feature on french door fridges and the double door freezer with pull out drawers is a great feature. I compartmentalise frozen goods on each side and only open the side I need. And having multiple drawers mean, I can organise the freezer more effectively (no more going through 1 heavy drawer).

The black finish looks sleek and modern and fits really well in my kitchen. It feels solid and well made. The fridge cools quickly and keeps food fresh, and it’s surprisingly quiet, which I appreciate. There’s plenty of space inside and the shelves are easy to adjust. The freezer also works well and doesn’t ice up easily. Overall, it’s a great fridge for the price and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a stylish and reliable option. THE BEST

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fantastic fridge [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Did a lot of research for a fridge upgrade and the dimensions fit perfectly into out cabinetry. The fridge is extremely spacious, good size shelves inside and good size door shelving. The freezer section is larger than I anticipated and has a lot of space. The fridge keeps extremely cool and cold as well, no matter what I do the temperature never budges. Really really great. The whole fridge also seems incredibly well insulated. Fridge is basically silent too, I have not heard a sound from it. My one negative is the ice cube tray, it just sort of sits on the shelf in the freezer section.Would be better if it was secured in place somewhere.

Most new double door fridges are always slightly too wide so this was a bonus. Only had the fridge just over a month but has been great so far. One down fall would be the small drawers in the freezer - shelves may have been a better idea for the space. Can’t fit enough chicken nuggets and ice blocks in the freezer for the kids! 😂 Other than that no complaints! Love the Matt black (less fingerprints) quiet and keeps everything cold.

The Westinghouse Quad Door is absolutely an all round great unit. I have expensive medications that require specific temperatures for storage. I have 3 internal fridge temperature gauges to make sure the medication does not spoil. This unit gives me 100% peace of mind. I must admit, I should have realized this when I did see the brand. Well done Westinghouse. My mind is at ease and my wallet is not being reduced dramatically. THANK YOU

Rated 5 out of 5 by from So happy with our new fridge [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been so happy with the fridge - it's so quiet and chills so well... Plenty of space for food and drinks and love the fingerprint proof exterior. Some people complain about the egg trays not perfectly fitting... Eggs come in cartons already so I don't use the egg trays - would rather keep the eggs in the carton they come in than transferring them personally... oh and the ice maker that people complain about I like... its super portable... just don't over fill the trays and you won't have an issue with what other people suggest is an issue... for the price its a great product, and if you're the type to complain about a portable ice tray - maybe just buy the fridge with the ice maker if its that important to you....

Fridge width is 836mm. What allowance is necessary in space between fridge and cabinetry to ensure fridge doors can open freely

Thanks for your question John! You must allow a minimum of 50mm clearance on either side of the unit, a 50mm clearance at the back, and a 20mm clearance above for ventilation. For door swing, allow a 349mm clearance at front for angled opening, or 427mm clearance for flush depending on needs. Hope this helps! ^CO
