Internal door shelves in fridge and freezer both perfect depth. Love that the milk is always cold in door shelf which was not the case with our previous fridge. Easy to level the fridge also not the case with previous fridge. So practical to be able to expand fridge space super convenient for celebrations somewhere to keep a cake or extra fruit.

The ability to change fridge to freezer (Switch zone) is a handy addition and have been using it as a freezer. The water dispenser is a bit slow to dish out the water. The water compartment is very fiddly and to not spill water everywhere you would need to remove the top shelf. Other than that, good looking fridge.

Having the ability to zone a freezer area to the fridge means we are able to take all our sauces and condiments from the main fridge and give them an area of their own and allow more room in the main fridge side. And we only need a small freezer area. It aldo has the best manual ice area.

How does the smart lock functions?

Great question Jagan! The Smart lock is more a Panel lock system, restricting users (such as children) from manually modifying settings such as Fridge Temp, Freezer Temp, Zone temps, Super Freeze and Cool modes, and auto set modes. Check the instruction manual included with the unit for more info. Trust this helps! ^CO

Does the water dispenser filters the water?

Thanks for your question. This particular model has a removable water tank, and does have a filter system in the dispenser. This tank needs to be filled manually with clean room temperature or chilled still water. Any filtration will need to be performed prior to filling the tank. Hope this helps clarify! ^CO

What warranty comes with this product please? ie compressor etc

Is this stainless steel?

Thanks for your question Claire. This has a Satina finish. Satina isn't as sturdy as Stainless Steel, but it resists fingerprints for a smooth appearance, accepts magnets, and requires no special cleaners. Trust this helps clarify! ^CO
