Thanks for your question Nikki. In New Zealand, the ideal temperature for a freezer is between -18°C and -20°C. This temperature range helps maintain the nutritional value, texture, and flavour of food. Try not to overfill the freezer compartment to allow for sufficient airflow. ^CO
