Why is a description of the cyclonic feature of this fridge not included on the information. This fridge has water running down back wall which freezes. Apparently this is normal with these fridges. I would never had bought it if I had known that
Hi Marie, this fridge uses a direct‑cool (often called cyclonic) cooling system where the back wall acts as the cooling plate. As a result, moisture naturally condenses on the back wall, can run down, and may freeze during normal operation.

Why does your website state that this fridge/freezer is 530mm wide whereas when I look on the Konka website it states it is 544mm wide. I have a space that is only 540mm wide so this is a very important thing in deciding on a fridge.
