Easy online shop. pickup and a great product
We needed a topper pad for a spare bed when guests were arriving. Harvey Norman had this on special but only available at a store on the other side of Auckland. We ordered it online one night for a store pickup and it was available for us to collect the next morning. Easy peasy. Very happy with the topper pad which is well made and fits well over the king single bed resulting in a nice soft bed and happy guest.

Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders within 2 days. Delivery costs are calculated based on your location and the size of your order. Furniture may take up to 8 weeks to deliver as most products are made specifically for your order. Some Customer Direct products are shipped from overseas and may take longer to arrive. Some goods may take longer to deliver if a product is currently not in stock. A staff member will contact you where this occurs.
Easy returns
If you feel your product has failed a Consumer Guarantee (as defined by New Zealand Consumer Law) then don't worry you can easily return it to your local Harvey Norman store. We'll even pay for the postage if you live in an area where there is no store. Our returns policy covers any purchased item ( conditions apply).
Can this be used with an electric blanket?
Great question! The Bambi Superior Comfort Mattress Topper (MTMICSUPQ) is designed with microfibre fill and offers softness, breathability, and hypoallergenic properties. However, it is not an electric blanket, and there is no indication from the manufacturer that it includes any heating elements or is designed to function like one. Hope this helps^RR

Do any of these mattress toppers come in long single size ? 92x204

Can we return a mattress topper if we wish to

We can only accept returns on these under change of mind if the product is unopened and in it's original packaging, with proof of purchase, or if deemed faulty by the team. If I wanted the down instead of microfibres what is the difference in price please and would you recommend it, I am a hot sleeper during the summer months we live in Hamilton and I notice the Harvey Norman store here doesn’t have it in stock
Hi Jill. We do have feather / down toppers in store. Our staff will need to confirm what pricing they can do for you and check which size you are after. They can order in and will need to confirm the wait time. Feather / down toppers are rather warm, so if you are a warm sleeper, then it may not be the best option for you. If possible we suggest talking with bedding specialists in store who will be able to guide you through which topper is best for your needs. Hope this helps
