Thanks for your question Shadow. No, this does not feature WiFi functionality and will need to be either connected to a PC directly via USB cable connection, or through use of a card reader. Trust this helps! ^CO

Thanks for your question. Sadly there are no digital versions of the operating instructions available from the supplier or other sources. The only one available would be supplied in the box after purchase. ^CO
