Compact, light, and very responsive
Early days but I'm very impressed so far. The machine is lighter than I expected and the keyboard has a very light touch. I particularly like the facial recognition to log in feature - very cool ! I'm not a gamer so can't comment on its graphics performance, but it is much faster than my old machine for the types of things I do. Set up was quick and easy.

I am 64 and set up my laptop without any help
The set up process was quite easy. I had put off replacing my old PC because of how much time and effort it would take to transfer everything. I was pleasantly surprised that all my files and programs were in my new laptop when I finished the set up.

Just What I Wanted
The A14 Zenbook is Just What I Wanted. My old laptop ran Windows 10. Microsoft is stopping support for Windows 10 and my old laptop does not have the hardware to run Windows 11 (sad). I needed to retire the old laptop with a minimum of pain. At tax time I found a great deal on the A14 - an offer that I couldn’t refuse. I love it. It was easy to set up and does everything I need it to do. Recommended.

Non compatible
How do you make and sell a product with so much incompatibility to ARM 64 and the snapdragon chip that a majority of printers . I spoke with canon and they said as of today 23feb 2026 non of their printers were comparable . Only a couple of high end business printers worked . Printing is a basic requirement :/ ASUS dropped the ball on this

Have been a Mac user for over 20 years but so happy I switched to the A14. It's so light and the ceraluminium feels way nicer than cold metal, no sharp corners either. Running games and image processing software on Snapdragon is surprisingly smooth and battery life is amazing.

I brought this laptop to keep a journal of my brain aneurysm journey. I've had to crash my laptop due to technical glitches that stopped me logging on to my laptop. Sometimes technology is far out of reach for those who are one finger typist

Light and smooth
I needed to upgrade - not only for Windows 11 but my plans to travel ddemanded a light laptop that would service my needs. The ASUS Zenbook does just that. Around 1kg, it was the lightest I had come across and provided everything I require.

Super Light - Perfect for the traveller
We purchased the Zenbook because we could run our business, whilst on holidays overseas. It has the capability to run all our apps and the full version of Chrome, and is still incredibly light and compact.
