Rated 5 out of 5 by from Pro Quality Printer This is the first laser printer I have owned. I grew tired of inkjet cartridges and print heads getting clogged. I also decided that most of my workflow requires black and white so I opted for the 'MONO' version of this printer. Right from the get go it feels like a pro machine. The install was easy. The paper feed holds a lot of paper and it will print double sided if required. There is also an XL sized toner cartridge if you are doing a lot of printing. Everything about it feels solid and I'm looking forward to getting a good and reliable amount of service from this machine..

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Disappointed WiFi drops out if printer is not used regularly. The printer is for use at home and not used on a daily basis. When in deep sleep I have to switch printer off then on. Printer is not in a separate room and defeats the purpose of remote printing.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Reliable and easy to use. I owned an earlier model of this printer for over 10 years. It stopped printing and I wasn't able to get it repaired. I've now bought the updated version. The cost to print is much lower than an inkjet. The only part that wears is the drum which is easily replaceable. I wouldn't buy again if I didn't recommend this printer.

So far it has been excellent. I can quickly print multiple copies with no problems. The print quality is very good. The machine seems durable like our old one and it was inexpensive to purchase.
