I my first canon megatank a couple days ago and everything printed lovely beside the streak down the middle. every test or photo I printed had it. So the lovely people at gepps cross said I can return it and get another one. I chose the same model as the faulty one but this time there were no faults and everything is now printing perfectly! And I can't be happier with the results. Sometimes things are faulty but I'm glad a can switch to one that works thanks to the policy's in place. Print quality is great. It's a tad loud. Super easy to set up

Excellent coloured printer
Printer was very easy to set up. It doesn't print super fast and is not the quietest, but it produces very clear, accurately coloured pictures, great black and white, and automatic double sided printing. I didn't realise that there is no internal tray for the paper and instead it sits at the rear of the printer - this would be the only real downside for me and I acknowledge that is personal preference/

Purchase the later version of my Canon Pixma Printer and very happy with the advances since my last one 5 years ago The front touch screen is perfect for a selecting what you require, this one also has duplex printing another improvement from the old machine. Ink tank and multiply printing and scanning makes it very easy printer to use

PIXMA G4680 performs well
Very good performer for this price point. Quiet and fast, flexible paper handling and ecconomical ink usage. WiFi gives location flexibility, but has a USB port as an option, ethernet could have been more useful though.

Does everything you want in a reasonably neat package. Like the option to put in ink rather than buy cartridges. Tanks seem a good size. Haven’t tried printing photos. Good online support from Canon

The picture looks like the scanner has a feeder but the spec says flatbed scanner. Is it both?
Great question! The unit features both a Flatbed Scanner and an Automatic Document Feeder (ADF). Scan documents, photos, and books with the flatbed scanner, or quickly scan multi-page documents with the automatic document feeder. Hope this helps^RR

Does this model scan and print 2 sided document?
Hi Janine, as per product specifications it does automatic double‑sided printing, but for scanning it’s not fully automatic—while it has an auto document feeder, scanning double‑sided pages usually needs manual flipping rather than true auto duplex scanning.

Can you please tell what the depth (centimetres) of the Canon G4080 is with FULLY EXTENDED PAPER TRAYS (rear and front). The specification mentions a depth of 41cm but doesn't say if this includes extended trays.
Thanks for your question Seth. The maximum printer depth with the output tray fully extended is 21 inches, or 533mm. The top feed tray does not extend out past the printer depth. Trust this helps! ^CO
