Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nothing has changed my life quite like this printer I honestly was living a mundane life before this printer. Everything was printed in black in white before my eyes. This printer opened my 3rd eye into the world of colour, I wish that I had purchased this printer sooner. If you are looking for any printer at all, I would stake my life on this printer. The print quality - Unimaginable. The Scanning - as efficient as Government. The Faxing - Unused. The print options feel endless. I work with printers for a job and I can say that for any home printer I couldn't quite recommend something better than this printer. My only issue is too much tape on the printer out of the box. But equally is just as fun peeling them off, so not too much of a bother.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good Features The main feature I was looking for in a compact printer was 2-sided scanning. This printer delivers. Many other printers, both Epson and other brands, offer ink tanks, 2-sided printing, wifi, and single sided scanning. But this Epson ET4950 is the first to offer auto 2-sided scanning, which is a game changer in my line of work. This printer is compact, has a nice touch-pad interface, and a user-friendly phone app. Looking forward to years of hassle-free printing.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from asked to write review before allowed to use it I cannot comment on the product because after going through all the steps to install it I was told it would not work til I registered it. The registration was alleged to take 5 minutes it is a survey asking numerous irrelevant questions like what was the serial number of my previous printer? Then finally I get to the end and think I can print and then told to write a product review. All I know is the set up is extremely onerous and the fact they will not let me use their product til I complete a long list of their research questions is deeply offensive. Writing a product review when they have blocked me from using it until I have answered their questions is also wrong and frankly outrageous. I have no option in this review to say I have owned it a few hours so forced to say a week so I can finish this and be allowed to print.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Printer/ Scanner neat and compact After following the Epson web installation video printer would work with no problems. Ink refilling was smouch better than i imagined it's not possible for a normal person to spill a drop. Getting ink on the carpet was my biggest fear as it would be there forever. Tank filling was very easy and clean. Getting the scanner to work took a while as i think i missed a download. after i went through setup again it is all working without a hitch.

The setup was quick, the print quality is consistently sharp, and the EcoTank system has saved me so much time and money. I love that I can print freely without worrying about running out of ink. It’s fast, quiet, and perfect for my daily tasks. I’m truly satisfied with this printer.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This my second Epson excellent features easy to set up. This is my second Epson the other was the ET-4850 which was a great printer. The new one ET-4950 will prove to be a big improvement on the last. I found it easy to set up and link with my Apple Mac computer and I am not what you would call computer literate. Excellent product and I would definitely buy another Epson.
