Rated 5 out of 5 by from The right size printer/scanner for my local printer in a network setting I bought this to use as a local printer/scanner in an office setting. We have a network printer with multiple trays that I also use, but this 234sdw is used exclusively by me. I am the accountant here, and I scan monthly invoices and write about 10 or so paper checks each month. The 234sdw only has one tray, but that's okay considering the presence of a network printer, and the scanner's two sided option is manual. Considering the relatively light usage, the 234sdw is perfect. If I printed more, or if I had to scan more than the 234 might show limitations, but I absolutely love it for what I need it to do.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect WFH Printer I received this item at the perfect time, since i will be working from home for the forcible future. When i opened the package i was happy to see the size of the printer was perfect to fit below my desk in my home office. The directions walked me step by step on how to set up the printer along with connecting my Wi-Fi and also connecting it to my phone and any other device i would want to print from. IT also comes with 6 months of free toner if you sign up for their printing package which you can unsubscribe from at any time. So far I have printed over 20 pages without any issue. This saves me a lot of time, instead of having to drive to the office to print out documents.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from HP Printer I received this product in exchange for my unbiased opinion. I think this product is definitely worth purchasing for home office use. I like that this printer is small in design and can sit on my desk without taking up a lot of room. It packs a big punch for a small unit. The pages come out quick and automatically prints double sided to save paper. You are provided the option to install their app so that you can troubleshoot, print, scan, copy, etc. all from your smartphone. The only feature I wish it had was the option to print in color. Other than that, I am pleased with this device and would definitely recommend to a friend or colleague.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Very disappointing There is no manual that I can find that answers my questions. It will not copy 2-sided (from the document feeder), which I was led to believe it could. Copying from and to A4 format still copies as if size US-letter, the bottom part of the text on the page is missing. Nowhere can I find how to set it. Printing only one envelope requires removing all the paper out of the paper tray; there is no single page/envelope feeder. Again, perhaps there is but I can't find it in a manual. Sometimes the WiFi connection seems to be lost, and I can't use the HP Smart app until after I restarted my computer.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect for my needs! This printer is perfect for my needs! I have been working from home due to the pandemic and needed a printer to print and review documents. I didn`t need a color printer so black and white works fine for me. The configuration process was a bit confusing and the printer initially jammed when I tried to print for the first time but I got it working and I was printing within 30 minutes of unboxing. It`s been working great ever since. I`m happy that it takes up less space than my old printer and I`m thrilled with the WiFi connection which my old printer did not have. I`ve even been able to print from my phone which is a nice benefit. The printer speed and quality are great. I like having the scan and copy features which will come in handy. I also like the 2-sided printing to save paper. I would definitely recommend this to anybody that needs a reliable all-in-one printer.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from HP Laser Jet MFP M234dw WiFi Printer I received the printer 6/17/22 and set it up and began using it about a week later. I also had enrolled in HP Instant Ink. The printer prints and copies very well and the printed documents are of high quality. I received an ink cartridge as part of the purchase offer but have not yet used it. The printer is of high quality, has a sleek and modern appearance, and functions very well. I hope to use it for many years in my home office environment. The WiFi connection to the printer is very reliable is automatically maintained. As a retired chemical engineer, I would highly recommend this printer to others.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Appalling manipulation. You people are appalling with your efforts to manipulate your customers. I abandoned our HP ink jet printer because it forced us to buy yellow ink when we only print in back and white. Then after I set up the new laser printer with which such manipulation could presumably have been avoided, it stopped working after a few pages until I "completed" the setup, which meant signing up for your ink plan. Outrageous, in my view. At least printing on paper is largely going away, which will limit your ability to do this to me.

Hi, what is the depth/width of the printer without the paper tray loaded? I have a desk cavity that is 36cm wide but have a hole for where the paper tray could go through? The specs on the website lists 'dimensions without stand' but can't see any stands?
