Rated 5 out of 5 by from Interesting machine with side benefits I installed this machine 4 days ago so not have had much time to do more than make sure that it is working correctly. And it is! And I feel pretty sure that it will continue to work well, as all my other 4 HP products have done. I did not find the machine easy to install and set up, but then, I am not a computer nerd, so it was probably inadequacy on my part. I am pleased to have a printer and scanner in one - a first for me. The Instant Ink feature is also neat. In all, well thought out. Good work H.P.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Unimpressive at best. The printer does not play well with Microsoft. For some reason the print settings are continuously messed up and Microsoft print drivers aren't naturally loaded. When you go to print it always says it's out of paper and it's not. You have to walk across the office to pull out the paper tray and re-insert it so that it will actually print. I believe this is some issue between the HP drivers and Microsoft? Looking for an answer doesn't net you anything. Really, the printer is cheaply made and works mediocre at best

First, I have been an HP customer for decades, but this new printer, HP OfficeJet Pro 9135e is really making me a very disgruntled customer for the first time. I am 70 years old and have always been able to purchase my HP computers/printers and additionally set them up on my own - this made me proud! But currently, I am having "horrific" printer problems with (1) internet connections; (2) loading the Set-Up program; (3) problems with scanning program; (4) problems with "Touch-Screen; and (5) problems printing. If I had not thrown away the box... I would be repacking it to return for a refund. I really feel let down. I will try to reload this " Printer Set-Up Program" one more time but will seek outside help if this time it does not work! I am glad I kept my 10+ year old HP printer because I may have to reinstall it.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from I'm not sure what to think It is a big printer that has two trays, but it won't use both trays, so I'm not sure why there are two. I printed a 30 page document and it took 10 minutes to print. I've never had a printer this slow. It has a nice print when it is done printing. There are consistent error messages if it has more than one job in que. I'm not sure how I feel about the price and the speed of this one.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great printer for working from home [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My new HP OfficeJet Pro 9135e All-in-One Printer is great for working from home. Scanning is fast and helps me get all my work attachments uploaded without problem. I like being able to preview my scan through the HP+ smart app and fix any pages before saving. I have also used my new HP OfficeJet Pro 9135e All-in-One Printer for faxing through the HP+ smart app on my phone when I'm away from my computer. With the HP+ smart app it was easy to setup a cover page for my fax and send all attachments through my phone. I recommend the HP OfficeJet Pro 9135e All-in-One Printer for your home office needs.

The security software should be an option and not force on you, it is totally counterproductive, let the consumer choose to whether they want it or not, very dissatisfied with this printer and the other other printers you offer with the Wolf Security !!!

Will this only use black ink for black & white printing? And will it continue printing black & white if one or more of the colour cartridges are empty?

Great question Brigita. The printer will require all colours cartridges inside the machine, and each to have ink, even for black and white prints. HP printers perform periodic servicing with all ink colours to prevent clogs and maintain print quality. Trust this helps clarify! ^CO

Does the HP OfficeJet Pro 9130e All-in-One Printer Instant Ink Enabled have postscript print language?

Is there no XL (high yield) cartridges.  Might be a backward step from the previous model. Can the printer be installed without the additional tray ?

Hey Jama, As of now HP 937XL cartridges are not listed with us. HP OfficeJet Pro 9130e All-in-One Printer comes with 2 input tray there is no addition tray required.
