Rated 1 out of 5 by from Worst Marketing. Hiding a major requirement. Worst act in marketing hiding the fact that your google workspace account cannot be used for login into fitbit. Their solution asking you to create a separate google account just for fitbit is ridiculers. If a gmail account is a requirement for this, that must be advertised upfront. This just wasted my time and money. Will not recommend this product or the company to anyone.

Initially the strap fell off a few times, until it clipped in correctly. It didn't charge properly the second time as one of the pins got tuck in the charging head. This wad freed with the use of a pin.

You will need to pay a subscription to monitor activity but get 6 months free. The watch looks great and is a great tool, just need to work out how to use all the functions.

Is it waterproof? Will I be able to swim or walk in the pool with it on?

Thanks for your question Ash. No, it is water resistant, and is designed to be used in shallow water up and should not be used for activities involving water at high velocity or high temperature. Trust this helps! ^CO
