Rated 1 out of 5 by from Was great until battery issue after only 3 months [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this 3 months ago, I was really happy with the device and the software, and happy to see you're pushing updates very often with new feature. But the ring doesn't work anymore since a week ago. The battery runs out after a few hours, even after charging it completely. Something has somehow... changed, and it doesn't work as it should anymore. I've updated the firmware, and run diagnostics, but nothing fix the issue. Which im quite disappointed now, I can not use it and I have no data about myself since the issue started. I have a ultramarathon this weekend and won't be able to use it.

The complete insight it provides into sleep details has been incredibly helpful and has allowed me to improve my sleep quality. The app interface is also very user-friendly, and all the data and details it provides are extremely helpful. While I am very satisfied with the core functionality, I have a few suggestions that I believe would make the experience even better. I would love to see a more proper step count feature, as well as the addition of GPS data to accurately record the location of my activities. An NFC function would also be a great addition.

To start, I received a fitting kit to ensure that my finger was the right size, which prevented any discomfort, and the ring appears to be well-made and water-resistant (based on showers and a month of use). The most helpful feature of the ring, which tracks my sleep and active hours, is the recommended caffeine windows and dosage to avoid disrupting my sleep. It also has a lot of other features, such as resting heart rate, and I would suggest this product to anyone who enjoys being active.

It correctly calculated my sleep deficits,sun exposure,heart rate variability and dynamic recovery .. all of which is required to be monitored to stay fit in this stress driven world .Ultrahuman is amazing

Unfortunately after 2 months it died and I was n out able to connect it anymore. Thank to the support we solved everything and I got a new ring in two weeks. Since than I have experienced no issues. I would say in general only positive things about it when it comes to tracking. I really like how the ring measures my sleep efficiency and that for every metric it gives actual explanation what it means and how to improve it. Also things such as dynamic is crucial for me as for an athlete. The battery is not the best but in chill mode it is ok

My sleep has gotten a lot better and waking up feels like s breeze with the smart alarm, even with little sleep. The other features are nice too, however I feel like some are not extremely accurate for example, the moving score tends to be really low for me sometimes right after waking up because the ring registers moving during my sleep as steps. On the other side the temperature and readiness score tend to be very accurate, they were able to predict sickness and other low-energy days. The ring scratches pretty easily but I dont mind too much as it is common with my other rings too.

Hi Dean, engraving the exterior of the Ultrahuman Ring Air is not recommended, as it may affect its durability, sensor accuracy, water resistance, and could void the warranty.
