No music control, can't make calls...
No Spotify or any sort of music control ! So many missing features, nothing smart about that watch.
I just bought a Fitbit Sense 2 this morning as my first smartwatch and as the day goes on I am getting more more disappointed with the watch !
How come a product that is meant to be one of the top tier smartwatch on the market doesn't offer basic controls such as changing your music while running, without having to reach for your phone !?
I have done a lot of reading today and I can see that I am not the only one feeling let down !

The Fitbit Sense 2 is a fantastic smartwatch - sleek design, intuitive interface, and packed with health features that genuinely help me stay on top of my wellbeing. The stress tracking and sleep insights are especially impressive.

I've been using Fitbit for years and this watch is easier on the budget and does what it says on the box. Lots of features that help you with fitness and health monitoring and very user friendly. Works with your Google account. It was great to see it on special, that doesn't happen very often.
