Great Smart Watch Alternative
I’ve cycled through 4 FitBits in the past 3.5 years. They make it to about a year before they decide to pack it in. My last one failed just outside of the warranty period. I purchased the Ryze Flex as a cheaper alternative to FitBit.
Very surprised by the quality and features of this watch! It does tactically everything a Fitbit does and looks fancier than the price tag! The battery life is phenomenal. Fully charged a week ago, have used everyday for normal wear and GPS tracking on my walks daily & it is still sitting on 53%. Clock faces are a little limited but definitely worth the money they sell for and more!

Great features!
This is one of the very best fitness watches someone could ever get. For one, which is not even the most important, that it has great features, two, it is reliable, three, its battery lasts long, and four, you can trust that it truly is antibacterial and it actually has a spare strap (So great!)

I guess you get what you pay for. THis is a very basic product. The battery is good, display is difficult to navigate. The worst thing is that it is consistently difficult to connect it to my phone. So far it has eventually got there but today after half an hour I've given up. Tried all the suggestions. Wouldn't buy this again.

The GPS is inaccurate, but I guess you’re getting a much cheaper watch than a Garmin. As long as you’re not relying on it for running, it’s a good purchase.

I have a Continuous Blood Glucose monitor which sends readings to the App on my iPhone…would this phone get that information
Thanks for your question Lily. While the Ryze Flex does have an app for health support in Ryze Go, it does not have a CGM function. CGM appears to be specific to a paired app on the iPhone, such as Dexcom or LinX CGM, which is designed for this specific use. Trust this helps! ^CO
