Rated 4 out of 5 by from Super comfy and easy to set up [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This sleep analyzer is super comfy, all you have to do is pop it under your mattress and forget it’s there. No wristbands, no buttons to fidget about. It tracks your sleep stages, heart rate, snoring, and even detects possible sleep apnea with impressive accuracy. The app gives clear, detailed insights every morning, helping you actually understand your sleep and not just count hours. If you want hassle-free, in-depth sleep tracking, this is a smart, comfy choice. I will have to test it a bit more longer if this item is a keep or a go, but it is definitely worth a try.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Decent product, let down by poor customer service. I have used this mat fora few years now. For the most part it is a good product, but not perfect. The app is good and very detailed, however it can only work with the data the mat gives it, and this is where it fails. There are periods when I know I have been awake, sometimes for an hour or more, yet the app shows me to be in "light sleep". Perhaps the mat is simply measuring my breathing patterns and is fooled by my breathing exercises as I attempt to nod back off again. I would probably have given this product 4 out of 5 were it not for the fact that when I wrote to Withings and asked them about these false readings, they didn't bother to respond. So, overall, a decent product, let down by very poor customer service.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Poor sleep detection accuracy [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Withings sleep analyser mat works by placing under your mattress at chest level, plugging in to the power and downloading the app. The mat calibrates each time the mattress is lifted. The mat tracks sleep duration, heart rate, snoring, sleep quality, sleep apnea and interruptions. Each morning your sleep data is accessed via the app. I am a poor sleeper and wake often. Unfortunately unlike a smart watch it can’t detect when I am awake in the middle of the night and lie awake reading. If you lie still and are breathing steadily then it records you as asleep. I really like the way the app syncs with my Apple Watch to record my steps, fitness classes and even shows the routes I have taken when I am out walking. But as far as monitoring sleep goes then it’s inaccurate.

You just put it under your mattress, download the specific app on your phone and, go to sleep. 😁 It detects your everything about your night sleep, how much you slept, if you have apnea. The analysis is easy you read. I would recommend it if you have some problems with your sleep.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good device but not for me [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Withings Sleep Analyzer is a high quality product - it comes in a nice packaging and the product itself also looks very well-made. It comes with installation instructions which are easy to follow. It seems to track the sleep accurately - my sleep duration and wake up time recorded correctly. For someone who uses a wearable activity tracker which also tracks sleeping activity, this device requires a lot of additional hassle. First of all it needs to be re-calibrated every night and second of all it needs to be plugged in during the night in order for it to work. This does not work for me as I only have one plug socket by my bedside, which I use for charging of my phone. Using my wearable activity tracker is much easier for me as the sleep is recorded automatically and does not require any extra effort from me. It is still a very useful device for those who don’t use other trackers.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from THE best sleep analyser! There are various different types of sleep analysers available for purchase. This is by far the best and most economical. You do not have to wear anything. The pad just slips under your mattress. You could buy a ring, watch, finger band or wrist band, but if you just want a sleep (apnea in particular) tracker, this is THE best.

As someone who’s always tired it gives me the opportunity to understand why without going through rigorous tests. You just download the app, set an account and pop the mat under your mattress! Brilliant!
