The battery is covered by our 12-month warranty, and all devices come with our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. For your peace of mind, each purchase is entitled to a replacement or a full refund in the event of a reasonable defect or malfunction. Should any technical faults occur within the coverage period, eligible units will be repaired, replaced, or refunded in accordance with our terms and conditions. Please note that the warranty does not cover accidental physical or liquid damage, software tampering, or unauthorised third-party repairs.
