Lovely design
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this a while ago, I thought that the colours would be really complimentary for a basic look, in some ways it was good but in others it wasn’t as good as I thought. The quality of shadows and packaging are lovely but the actual shades don’t seem to do very much and are very neutral except for the darkest shade which is difficult to blend and I’m not completely sold on it. I love Charlotte tilbury products normally but I didn’t think this was one of the better ones.

Confused
I love mattes, and I love Charlotte Tilbury cosmetics. The colors in this palette are beautiful. However, my palette has an issue/defect.
One of the colors has a “black spot” in it. I have only used this palette 2x, and only with brushes. The first time I used it, a black area appeared in the shadow. The second time, the black area became darker and the shadow began to faintly crumble.
I am saddened because the palette would be a staple palette to me. I have reached out to customer service for assistance.

Easy Breezy and Wonderful
Love the balance of colors, you have a cool side and a warm side and both sides work together. I think if you bought the Bejeweled Eyes palette, this would be a great companion to that. It's a cream to powder formula and works better with a brush. I wouldn't dig your fingers into this, the formula is similar to ND Metropolis creamy matte shades and I feel like your finger oils would cause it to hardpan. All the shades are easy to blend and I've been able to create a simple and fool proof matte eye look in less than 5 minutes. I'm really happy with this purchase.

Pretty Colors
Love that this comes with staple basic colors to create eye looks. It just is too light and sheer for me. I found that I really had to build the colors just for any payoff. The eyeshadows were quite stiff as well and kicked up a lot when an eyeshadow brush was dipped into it.

Not matte
This product is not matte, it actually has a lot of shimmer to it so it is not what I was expecting at all. I’m a bit disappointed that the pictures don’t show this.

The best nude palette EVER
I have been waiting for a palette like this for such a long time! The perfect blend of warm and cool tones to use together, on their own or to amp up other CT palettes! The formula is very unique, build able and buttery, and even though it’s matte it has a gorgeous soft sheen! An instant staple

Disappointed
I was excited about these shades but after applying I noticed I had to reapply a lot. Also the minute my brush touched the shadow there was powder everywhere, it’s difficult to control how much goes on the brush and it tended to get into my contacts which was irritating. Wish I would have saved receipt so I could return because it is pricey.

Easy every day palette.
This is such a great, well thought out palette. It has everything you need for multiple looks. There’s a perfect cool transition shade, a light base, a black and then light, medium and darker warm tones. They are not completely matt, but definitely not at all shimmery. I would describe it as a satin finish, which I personally think is very flattering for most people. The colour pay off is brilliant. It’s easy to blend, and fool proof for either day time or Smokey looks. I recommend it 100%.
