Great Chairs

Nice chair, fabric great, poor build Quality
Really comfortable & fabric worn well, but all 6 chairs replaced under warranty under 2 yrs for front legs becoming loose. Thought 1st were unlucky bad batch but have one from second batch going same way. Previously owned set of same design which lasted 10+ years with no issues so not user error. Have removed fabric cover underneath and there is very little to them, light wood and minimal bracing!

Faulty design
We brought these chairs 3 years ago. In the first 18 months the legs started breaking. It's a design fault that only got worse from there. Now 3 years on I have alot of faulty chairs and nothing around my table.

Furniture may take up to 8 weeks to deliver as most products are made specifically for your order. Some Customer Direct products are shipped from overseas and may take longer to arrive.
