Harvey Norman knows there’s issues with the Bari F
We brought the table and Buffett 6 months ago. We do not have a problem with the table yet but we are on our 6th Buffett because every single Buffett the doors are warped and do not close properly. We were offered full refund but because we had designed our room around this ‘beachy’ feel it would of cost too much to replace other furniture and furnishings. We were given part refund and kept the best Buffett that had. We did end up with 5 new Buffetts to choose from and ALL of them had issues. Harvey Norman must know that the wood used is an issue but call the ‘Bari’ their best seller.
What I realise it’s cheap and cheerful and it will do for now for our second home

Bowed Table
I purchased this table but turned out to be bowed and not flat, especially at the corners (same as the other reviewer). Harvey has offered a replacement so hopefully this next one will hold up and not come bowed.

Faulty Table - All corners are warping
We bought the 2.1m and all corners were warping down. We also noticed this on the table on display in store, however not as bad as the display is the 1.8m model. Getting a refund.

The service received from the young man at Tauranga was outstanding.sorry can’t remember his name. Table was delivered exactly on time. I’m fortunate that I had seen the Bari table at a friends and made my purchase easy.

Furniture may take up to 8 weeks to deliver as most products are made specifically for your order. Some Customer Direct products are shipped from overseas and may take longer to arrive.
