No Regrets
With the money I have saved since buying this machine, I could buy five more of them! This machine is very easy to use, takes up hardly any counter space and makes genuinely nice coffee. I love it!
I love it! I can't say it has the most beautiful appearance, but it works beautifully. Also it is really good for small space. Thanks to free capusles, I could try many different kinds of coffee capsules to find out my favourite. Happy with the lowest price at Harvey Norman and fast delivery.

Not worth it
We purchased this because we are limited on space. For the first couple of months it worked fine.
Now…it’s dreadful.
It leaks water everywhere (we have to empty the water tank each time we finish a cup), randomly starts working without asking (this is after powering it up, but before starting the pouring cycle), alternates between a long and short pour despite choosing what is wanted.
We have cleaned and reset the device multiple times - this sometimes works for a short period but not for long

Disappointing operation
I bought this machine about a month ago, and to date have been disappointed at the number of pods that have been wasted due to damage. having been told that this could be an issue with "No Nespresso" pods, I have only used those approved, yet still a problem.

Great and complete set!
I bought this Nespresso as a gift for my partner that loves coffee, it was such a great gift. This set comes with the aeroccino included, and a box of 16 coffees to taste different options.
