Rated 4 out of 5 by from Nice looking machine that's easy to use! I bought this coffee machine as soon as it was available in Australia as a family member also purchased one and recommended it. This is a great machine which finds the correct grind for you depending on what type of coffee you choose. It makes a great, consistent coffee. The only thing is you can't extract your coffee at the same time as the milk frother. Also there are no settings which allow you to adjust the temperature of the milk. I have also just discovered after just 2 weeks some chrome on the end of the portafilter handle has chipped off and it has not been dropped or knocked.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A Beginner‑Friendly Machine That Delivers This is my first proper coffee machine (aside from a Nespresso pod machine), and I’m completely in love with it so far. I’m a total beginner, but the setup was surprisingly straightforward and painless. We’ve tried a handful of different bean brands and roasts to find our favourite — it does take a bit of trial and error, but that’s part of the fun. We mainly use the machine for espresso and low‑foam milk drinks, but I’ve also tested the cold brew setting and even made delicious espresso martinis with it. I don’t have other machines to compare it to, but based on my experience as a first‑timer, I’d highly recommend it.

The ninja absolutely kills it Had it 4 months not a single problem.. 5 stars as it has drip machine basically a complete free touch machine.. I still love doing the whole barista experience.. This machine we threw out our last just incsse we kept it incase of something not right . But zero problems great if you like being a barrista or a person who loves a machine doing everything..

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Exceptional pour Absolutely love this machine, the pour is exceptional. The only negatives from me are the drip tray is way too small however, I just use a small glass under the spout to collect and saves me emptying the tray every day. The biggest thing is the steam wand and pump. I like to steam my milk and it does take a considerable amount of time to do this, probably a good 1.5 - 2 minutes. A bigger pump and better designed steam wand would be great, also make it so that the wand can be turned outwards to get a better angle when hand steaming. Steaming time should be about 30-40 seconds But overall, far better coffee than any other brand machine that costs considerably more. Keep up the great work and development and you will blow the "others" out of the park.

It’s simple to use and dialing in your shot is easy with the help of the Barista assist. I’ve gone through a few beans and am enjoying the process albeit my latte art needs help. Recommend this machine for beginners!
