Nice looking machine that's easy to use!
I bought this coffee machine as soon as it was available in Australia as a family member also purchased one and recommended it. This is a great machine which finds the correct grind for you depending on what type of coffee you choose. It makes a great, consistent coffee. The only thing is you can't extract your coffee at the same time as the milk frother. Also there are no settings which allow you to adjust the temperature of the milk. I have also just discovered after just 2 weeks some chrome on the end of the portafilter handle has chipped off and it has not been dropped or knocked.

A Beginner‑Friendly Machine That Delivers
This is my first proper coffee machine (aside from a Nespresso pod machine), and I’m completely in love with it so far. I’m a total beginner, but the setup was surprisingly straightforward and painless.
We’ve tried a handful of different bean brands and roasts to find our favourite — it does take a bit of trial and error, but that’s part of the fun. We mainly use the machine for espresso and low‑foam milk drinks, but I’ve also tested the cold brew setting and even made delicious espresso martinis with it.
I don’t have other machines to compare it to, but based on my experience as a first‑timer, I’d highly recommend it.

Decadent coffees at home.
Have had this machine for about a month as an upgrade from a nespresso pod machine. Initially was concerned the manual process of grinding and brewing the coffee might be too much but I love it. The coffees we are making are better than Cafe bought and it fills the house with gorgeous smell of fresh coffee beans. Whilst it takes a little longer than popping a pod in a machine we are actually enjoying the process of making our own coffees to our liking. Cold brews with a micro foam are a luxury we now look forward to on days we have a little more time. Only slight negative is how often the water overflow needs to be emptied.

Incredible machine
Best machine.
I've had jura just finished the breville Oracle touch..
Both are 2 k machines..
The ninja absolutely kills it
Had it 4 months not a single problem..
5 stars as it has drip machine basically a complete free touch machine..
I still love doing the whole barista experience..
This machine we threw out our last just incsse we kept it incase of something not right .
But zero problems great if you like being a barrista or a person who loves a machine doing everything..

Insanely brilliant coffee machine!
I’d done quite a bit of research on this coffee machine before purchase, both online and talking with 3 other people that I knew who had one. The reputation of Ninja products also was a huge bonus! The coffee machine is brilliant. Extremely easy to set up, with a video and step by step instructions. I have used it every day since and I can not fault it at all. Everything works as it should. The ease of operating the machine is very user friendly for busy mornings. It makes a brilliant cup of coffee! Absolutely without a doubt, would and have recommended this machine to others.

I bought this machine yesterday NEW. Today water has leaked all over the bench. Checked the water tank many times to ensure it is properly attached. Water continuing to leak from under the unit. Looks like a faulty water tank or valve. Very inconvenient and messy.

We waited for 2 years for this machine
and we absolutely love everything about it. Perfect coffee , crema, temperature from the first cup. We are yet to try the cold brew feature but we confident it will be a winner.

Really nice to use!
Really good machine and a step above the Breville barista we had before. Easy to use and makes a great coffee.
Cons: Drip tray could be double the size as you have to empty often. Same with the water resevior, it's a bit small and has to be refilled often.
I think I would be fine if the machine was a bit bigger in size to accommodate these cons.
The only other thing is that the recommended grind setting is always changing a bit between shots, even with the same beans. I try not to chase it up and down though. It seems as if the recommended grind changes due to humidity, temperature and bean age, so it's not a big deal. Overall I would rate it 8.5 out of 10 and really enjoy the look of the machine, the quietness and ease of use. Fantastic!

How much beans can the grinder hold?
