Couch Rescued Thanks to Shark!
Bought this a few weeks ago and finally decided to give it a go on our fabric couch — and wow, I’m absolutely blown away! 🙌
Our couch had years of built-up grime and grotty stains that just wouldn’t come out, no matter what I tried. I was honestly ready to give up and throw it out… but after using the Shark Upholstery Cleaner, it looks brand new again! 🛋️✨
It was super easy to use, and I couldn’t believe how much dirt it lifted out — you could actually see the difference straight away. The fabric feels fresh, looks cleaner, and even smells better.
If you’ve got kids, pets, or just a well-loved couch that’s seen better days, this cleaner is a total lifesaver.

Great little sucker
Overall happy with it performance as I bought it primarily to remove stains from our light grey fabric couch. For this it worked well (used without the oxy), removing some old watermarks left by previous spot cleaning that were bugging us. Also worked great on car seats. I didn’t see much improvement on old mattress stains, but hopefully would be better if the stain was fresh. Size is compact. Quite noisy as might be expected

Amazing product!
Great product! I wasn't expecting this to preform the was it did, it had all the perfect attachments that you need for cleaning every type of surface. The only thing I would say is the solution needs to be purchased and if you use it regularly it can be costly. Other than that I love it and so glad I purchased it.

Gets tough old stains
Bought it yesterday to do my lounge it picked up marker stains from months ago I am very impressed with it and how good it actually works the deep clean formula and oxy formula is a little expensive though but it works

Waste of time and effort
Stupid instructions and video. Not to mention one of the tanks leaked as we filled it. Wouldnt recommend and they need to really review the instructions that come with it and not just link a QR code to an advertorial, but rather some helpful instructions.

It is easy to use and well designed so that setting up and cleaning the unit are also very easy. The various cleaning heads supplied mean there is always the right tool for any job.

Does this product have a steam clean function?
Thanks for your question Rachel. This model does not have a steam clean function, instead relying on a combination of water and OXY Multiplier formula to provide a deep clean. Currently, Shark only have steam options in their mop range. Trust this helps! ^CO
