Scratched floor
The roller cover which deploys to keep the mop from touching carpets, drags and scratches on my wooden floor. It has scratched the heck out of the floor! And the app is so slow. Do not recommend

Great product, but beware of some misleading info!
This is a great vacuuming and mopping robot. The build looks solid and overall it has a very premium look. However, beware of the laser turret at the top - since it is the "base" model (eg. not the Ultra), the turret does not retract to clear low furniture. This information is hard to get online, via the floor staff, or even from the local Dreame reps as it turned out to be the case. I found out the hard way, and had to go through a return unfortunately. BUT...if you don't have low clearance furniture, or don't care about the robot not cleaning underneath, you won't regret this product! (robot + non-retractable turret is 12.8/9cm high, the Ultra model retracts down to 9.8cm...quite a difference!). Hope this helps someone...Cheers

Great vac and mopping.
Bought 3 weeks ago. Easy set up and very impressed with the vacuum and mopping options.
No longer need our steam push mop as it leaves my floors looking so clean.
Have a dog and my floors never look so good, such a labour saving device.
Was temped to buy the dearer version of this machine, so glad I didn’t as this model does everything I need.
