Cliff Sensor Error After One Day of Use
Bought this robot vacuum yesterday and already having problems with it. On the second day of use, it started showing a “Cliff sensor error” and keeps saying the wheels are suspended even when placed on a completely flat floor.
I cleaned all the sensors, checked the wheels carefully, and made sure there was no hair or debris stuck anywhere, but the issue still continues.
Very disappointing for such an expensive product.

Mopping doesn't work at all (can't detect it has the mop pads attached despite being a brand new unit on the first day), disconnects from wifi constantly, vacuuming is poor, support is non-existent.
