ONE TIME POOR MAMA from
A busy mums lifesaver.
I recently got my hands on the t50 and just for reference i have two toddlers and a fur baby that sheds so i am vacuuming once a day MINIMUM. The t50 has literally taken 99% of my floor cleaning responsibilities and it has freed up so much of my time. Not to mention my kids absolutely love it, they have called it doris. I love that it goes around anything left on the floor, sweeps up anything in the corners and has the self cleaning aspect. So i really dont have to do much besides wipe it down and clean the maintenance areas every now and again. If you are looking to free up your time then you NEED a t50 in your life. Doris is the real MVP in our house!

Works a Treat
Living in dusty regional NSW, this little machine has been a revelation. It handles our red dust better than any vacuum we've owned - just empty the dock weekly and you're sorted. The rubber brushes don't get tangled with hair like our old vacuum's bristle brushes did. Love that it remembers multiple floor plans - works perfectly when we take it to our holiday house too. The obstacle avoidance is impressive - it navigates around our uneven floorboards and rug edges without issues. Mopping function is basic but good enough for maintenance cleans between proper mopping. App notifications when it's stuck or finished are super handy.

Such a game changer!
I am absolutely obsessed with my new T50 Omni Pro! There’s so much to love about it! First off, the extendable brush is a game-changer – it really gets into those hard-to-reach corners, which makes such a difference. Plus, the T50 is super thin, so it easily fits under all my low furniture without a problem. It's also way quieter than my previous model, which is a huge win. I’m loving how compact the whole unit is – it just feels sleeker and more efficient overall. And the cleaning solution dispenser? Brilliant! It automatically adds solution to the water for mopping, making it even more convenient. Honestly, this is hands down the best thing I own!

Buy a different brand!
Do not buy!! Less than 6 months old, no longer empties, we need to manually empty it! Map has reset itself several times. Support from Ecovacs has been absolutely atrocious and it takes a long time to get a response.
The process has been sending videos of the fault, settings etc. I then had to send a video of it sucking up pieces of tissue and not emptying after, which I did and the tissue was not much bigger than a 50c piece. Their response? Rip the tissue into smaller pieces and send us a video!!
We have consistently maintained it, cleaned every week, replace filter every month and cleaned it (filter) weekly, always wiped down, remove and wash mop pads weekly etc etc.
It was great while it was working, but the support is pathetic.
Buy a different brand.

Absolutely love my ecovacs deebot t50 pro. The best part is that my pets aren't scared of the vacuum and enjoy watching it vacuum. The app is easy to use and has updates so I've never had any issues. The sensors are very accurate and battery lasts for ages. I like that you can section off rooms to just vacuum one area. You can also vacuum and mop an area or set it to just mop or vacuum. A mode I also use is to turn it on and use it as a pet camera during the day as you can speak through the app to someone in the room, take photos or video if you go into that setting so it's also good for security. It does a really good job at vacuuming without damaging furniture. Highly recommend.

Do they have sensors or cameras? Are you able to use it manually or only with Wi-Fi?
Hi, it uses sensors and LiDAR for navigation and does not include a camera. It works fully with the app over Wi‑Fi, and while many Ecovacs robots allow basic start/pause on the unit itself, the manuals don’t confirm specific offline/manual controls for this model
