Rated 5 out of 5 by from Exceeded my expectations [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Remington gloss tapered curling wand is a winner. It heated up very quickly and then curled each section in under 30 secounds (I experimented with different lengths of time and got beautiful loose curls with having it on for 15 secounds and tight taught curls on for 30). I love that it took my bed hair to going out ready in such a short amount of time and the added gloss effect gives the hair the finished look with that shine. I love that it comes with a glove to protect your hand ! I just wish it had a mat to sit it on too but to be honest it heats that quick I wouldn’t have needed it.

It heated up very quickly as the product says - within 30 seconds. I do believe it left my hair shiny as advertised and the curls lasted! It has different modes for different hair types, which I found beneficial since I have thick hair. I was particularly happy that it came with the heat protector gloves too. In terms of the anti-slip technology, my hair didn't overly slip, but I did not find it much different to other curlers I've used in the past. Overall, a quality product that did its intended purpose- creating great curls!

Easy to use with various heat settings so you can get it just right for your type of hair. The tapered wand helps give you different curl size depending on the style you're going for. Heats up quickly and the handle has a little legs so the wand doesn't rest directly on the surface. The 'heat glove' is great so you don't burn your fingers whilst positioning the hair on the wand or holding strands in place. Super easy to use so if you're looking for a simple curling wand, that heats up quickly, has variable heat settings and does the job - give this one a go.

It came with a heat protector glove, the curler and instruction booklet. Would have love to of seen a storage pouch included. I was expecting it to have a clip attached to help hold the hair for curling however it is simply a smooth area of heat that you need 2 hands in order to curl the hair. Even after multiple uses both with and without the glove I am still feeling very awkward using it on my own hair. It is much easier to use on someone else. This product will become a regular part of our dressing nice days as it is quick and versatile.

It’s super easy to use, even if you’re not a pro with hair tools. I love how lightweight it is. It doesn’t feel heavy in your hand, so you don’t get that awkward arm ache while styling. It heats up really quickly (which is a huge win when you’re in a rush), and the tapered barrel gives you those perfect, natural looking curls that actually last. I also really like that it has different heat settings, so you can adjust it depending on your hair type. It’s great if you’ve got fine or thicker hair. Overall, it’s a solid, affordable wand that gets the job done without fuss. Definitely recommend.

I found I had to straighten my hair first to get a smooth result and as a first time user of a Tapered wand, this product is a little tricky to use especially with very thick long hair. When I did get the technique right, the curls were lovely and smooth and shiny. Very pretty results. I am sure with some more practice it will become quicker and easier to use.

I tested this wand on myself and my daughter, and after reading the instructions, it was very straight forward, and user friendly. I loved using it on my daughter, and the results were brilliant. It took just a few minutes, and the curls were bouncy and full. They settled beautifully and created an easy, special hairstyle, that would be simple enough to replicate on a rushed school morning. I tried a few heat settings, and found that the preset temperature worked best on both our hair types, and with the included glove, I felt confident that I would be safe using the high heat. Definitely an easy styling tool, that will be used many times in our household.

It was a really easy hair curler that doesn’t leave a dent in the curls. I’m no professional at styling my hair but I am obsessed with the loose curls and smooth looking curls. It didn’t even really damage my hair at all. I would definitely recommend trying this hair curler out, plus it’s pretty affordable too.
