Previously Mum had a Veon 40inch, & because Mum was born back when rainbows were black & white, familiarity was the order of the day. Mum has no mobile, laptop, no distinction to the digital world. Well, it's taking forever, to adjust to the Konka 40", but absolutely besotten with the picture quality. It's never to late to change the direction you've always known.. Another surety, in time, Mum will be a lot SMARTer. Thank you so very much..

Thanks for your question. Yes, this model has built-in Freeview capabilities. If the Freeview App is freezing and not loading, it is likely a software issue or network connectivity problem. Hope this helps!
