My small laundry cupboard has vent connection in the ceiling which vents out to the external eave - however can the external vent on the dryer have a extender once on the wall that will allow it to vent thru the ceiling as opposed to thru the wall.
Thanks for your question Codger. The manufacturer have advised it should be okay so long as there is nothing inside the external vent i.e. a fan motor. The external vent needs to be 100% clear. Hope this helps clarify! ^CO

Can the door be changed to open from the right?
Great question Netty. Sadly, the hinge cannot be changed, although, it can be mounted using the wall brackets, and inverted, which will effectively change the door from left hinged, to right hinged. Details on mounting can be found in the instructions. Hope this helps clarify. ^CO

Thanks for your question Jewl. According to the instructions, you need to remove the outlet grille from the front left-hand side and replace this with the outlet cover from the rear left-hand side. These covers should be gently pried at the sides to prevent damage. Check each cover is placed correctly before ongoing use, and if any issues, contact your local store, or the store you purchased through. Trust this helps! ^CO

Hi, does it have to be mounted upside down or can you do it either way?
Hi Luke. If wall mounting, the dryer can only be mounted upside down. This is due to the brackets and the control panel being out of reach for most people if mounted right way up. The dryer can be stacked on a front loader washing machine if the washing machine has the same dimensions as the dryer, or slightly larger. This helps to provide stability. If stacking we do recommend a stacking kit or using a stacking mat. We trust this helps.

Kia ora, we want to mount this dryer against an internal wall and vent it to the external wall on the right (when facing the dryer). Is it possible to vent it to the side like this? Or else from the back with the ducting going to the external wall? Thx

Yes, you can mount this dryer against a secure wall and use a side vent kit which can be attached at the back of the dryer to bring the connection to side and ducted out from there, or can vent direct out the back through the wall per instructions included with the unit. You can purchase this direct through store or F&P directly. Additional instructions also found on the F&P website. Trust this helps!
