Rated 5 out of 5 by Lily from Awesome dryer Used the dryer for the first time today after yesterday's delivery. I did so much research in trying to find the right heat pump dryer for me. What I noticed is that there were complaints from people's experiences from high end to budget friendly dryers like the Haier. I have just put in 5 kg (recommended max load) of wet towels, washed from a top loader. I was expecting a long drying time. However, after two hours the load was finished and all the towels perfectly warm and dry. My towels are on lighter side. It's pretty quiet for a dryer too. I have never had a heat pump dryer before. I hope this great experience continues, because the dryer is awesome.

Moisture discharges straight into the laundry tub and it uses a fraction of the electricity of the vented dryer it replaced. Style wise, a perfect match for my Haier front load washing machine.

I am using our dryer for the first time today with drying bed linen. I am finding that all the loads come out all rolled up in a large ball - how do I stop this happening???
