Extremely poor drying and a nightmare with sheetsI really wished I took note of the other reviews. Honestly one of the worst products I've ever purchased/used. It should be illegal for any business to sell products that just don't do what they're supposed to. The dryer is super difficult to use / select the correct drying intensity and time. Drying sheets is impossible, as there is no setting or scenario where the sheets don't get balled up into a really tight ball (one sheet, or many). You'll have to stop the dryer every ten minutes or so to take everything out, unwind, then put everything back in. Ten minutes, you'll need to do the same thing again. Even drying smaller items isn't great. Anything with a pull cord (eg: hoodie) will get caught in the lint filter (it has a series of triangles in the plastic) and again, will twist into a tight ball. This is a very poor product.

9kg BESPOKE Smart Heat Pump Dryer[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had very bad experiences with old technology where i had to keep the ventilation/windows open to let all the steam out. But with this amazing technology and AI i can control my dryer on smartphone and don't even require leaving the vents on. Linking the hose directly to the drainage does all the job. Great Technology that saves time and energy.

Fantastic little dryer![This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dryer with it's AI ability to determine how long a load needs to be run is fantastic. The heat pump technology is fantastic. Rather than create a lot of humidity in the laundry, the water gets captured and can be disposed of instead. This keeps the mould and musty smell out of the laundry.

Quiet and efficient dryerWe purchased this condenser dryer a month ago and so far is working OK. It took a few days to figure out the right settings to make sure the clothes are as dry as desired. But the appliance was easy to install, straightforward to use and very quiet. It is also very economical on space. Hope it lasts as long as its predecessor did.

Terrible avoidI bought a model of the 12 kg (WW12TP04DSH)and its broken down after 3 and half months and Samsung are refusing to even look at it. We've been stuffed around all week and we have a young family its disgraceful a machine that cost this much should break down after 3 years! DO NOT BUY SAVE YOUR SELF THE HEADACHE.
