Not great
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have used the new machine for a month now. Not good experience. On button very unresponsive-takes several pushes before it decides to go Also machine makes an awful noise (like three gunshots) when it is getting ready to spin. I feel the service for this problem is not good. A new machine should have been offered instead of a serviceman coming to check it out. For goodness sake it has only been used for a month. I could understand if six months old and needs to be checked. Come on Electrolux do the right thing and replace the machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] the machine is nice but the programmes take to long you have cottons go for 3.50 hrs, eco cottons for4.5 hrs and sanitise for 4.15 hrs, what are these long times for. A daily program for 39 mins but only 30c and al other programs in between those times, I had a blank before the Electrolux, my last was a front loader as well, had programs one for 50 mins at 40c and cottons up to 90c for 1.40 hrs. why has the programs change so much and what scientific evidence for longer washes to produce a better wash.

Built by a reputable brand my washing machine is superior in cleaning performance it’s efficient in water and energy consumption it’s reliable ….and has many useful feature for me. …. So sort your pile of washing and find out what real clean is !11

And
I’m very careful with my appliances ensuring I maintain them well !
This Electrolux is so superior in so many ways - some features the other brand did not have.
I don’t believe in buying the cheapest and my Electrolux was failrly priced and on sale but I’ve learnt a lesson don’t be fooled by the big names.
I’ve been using this Electrolux for about 6 months now and I’ve tried different settings and the periodical cleaning of it ..it’s excellent.
The only minor thing that worries me is the turning on - it’s electronic theres no actual visible button and I don’t always succeed in turning it on the first go.
I’ll contact Electrolux to help.

Great Machine

Previously had top loaders but wouldn’t go back to one. I would have bought one earlier but the sales people always told me that front loaders take too long and I’d regret it. Zero regrets. We have a 2 person household.

Shift from top loader and not disappointed
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Having changed from a top loader to front loader this machine hasn't disappointed. The cycles are longer but can be adjusted to suit individual requirements. The longer cycles do lead to a more thorough wash and fresher smelling washing. I like the way the machine weighs the clothes and washes accordingly.

If you are looking for an upgrade this will make your life easier for sure! I am also enjoying the 9kg capacity enough for a week's worth of washing for two people.
