Hi, Does this machine have a warm and hot was option?..and if so is it plumbed directly to the hot tap, or does it heat it's own water?

Great question Dazz. It does need to be connected to both Hot & Cold taps, and is not able to heat it's own water supply. Hot wash is approximately 40°C, Warm wash approximately 30°C, and Cold wash at approximately 20°C and will depend on incoming connection temps. Query with your installer for detailed assistance.
