This machine is by far the best we have ever owned, it makes the best coffee we have ever achieved from any of our home machines. It is easy to set up and operate. A must in every coffee lovers home.

Highly recommended if you want full automatic, but if you don’t need the full automatic then I would still recommend a breville machine everyday over any other consumer level product.

A little tip we received was to try a finer and a coarser grind and then narrow in on the machines recommendations or if unsure on the final grind number - do a taste test! Getting the grind right makes a difference.

No explanation in the manual or online that something was missing. Makes great coffee straight out of the box once you get it put together properly
