Expensive but worth it.
I bought this to replace an old bean to cup machine (Dlonghi). The sage creatista is much less faff than bean to cup, makes excellent coffee. Just hope it will be reliable.

Unreliable - fault with milk frother
I purchased the Nespresso Creatista Plus in May 2023 and it is used daily. When the coffee machine works, it is very good. However, the machine has a fault with the steam wand / milk frother. There are multiple other reviews which refer to a fault with the steam wand (and reoccurrence of the same fault even after repair). My experience is not an isolated case.
The machine is less than two years old and, under the warranty, has already been sent to Nespresso for repair twice. Both times for the exact same issue whereby the steam wand fails and no longer froths milk (and makes a loud whistling noise). It now has to go back to Nespresso for a third time.
I clean the steam wand after every coffee, including the tip using the supplied tool. I also carry out descaling regularly using the Nespresso descaling solution.
Positives: produces decent coffee including cappuccino (when it functions); very easy to use; looks good.
Given the unreliability of the steam wand, I do not recommend you purchase this product, especially given the high price. It is not a reliable machine. I am now claiming a refund from the retailer.
