Rated 1 out of 5 by from Doesn’t make a Hot & Creamy Cappuccino Looks nice in the kitchen but very disappointed, especially given the high price. Coffee isn’t hot enough using the maximum option, milk froth only remains creamy for one process and because the milk froth isn’t hot enough using the maximum option, you need to run it twice and then it turns to airy froth and not worth drinking. Would not recommend.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect for the quick cuppa Purchased 24 May 2024, initial set-up was so simple with step-by-step instructions with pictures that I could read (font wasn't too small). Reading the booklet that came with the machine does help people! It's used several times throughout the day to make black or milk coffees. I appreciate how easy it is to keep clean and do the maintenance since this is triggered periodically by the machine... again, the instructions with pics stepping you through the process is fantastic. Being able to make adjustments to the shots (like having more than 1 in my cup), milk froth and temperature is AMAZING - I love that I have control of what I want at different times of the day because early morning I want a double or more. The only issue I have experienced is... I wish I had purchased this machine years ago.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Nespresso coffee machine. Solid machine. The black model looks great. Easy to use and clean, and really fast for making a nice coffee. The display guides and instructions are nice and simple. Great to be able to adjust and customize the coffee and milk volumes and temperature. Replaces my previous Latissama model which was still working after 9 years, was just time for a change. Great tasting coffee with minimal effort.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Works well for Capsule Coffee I was looking at purchasing a Breville Oracle but the hassle of grinding vs the convenience of a capsule was a major factor. Of course the taste is no doubt different but we enjoy the tastes of the various capsule selections. We have had a Nespresso machine for years but it finally gave up. I am very impressed with the Creatista Pro from the perspective of ease of use and at the same time the amount of customisation. Great features all from a single capsule! We haven't quite worked out getting the milk frothing right by tilting the jug etc. For our needs where an easy quick Cappuccino or Lungo is required this is a great machine. I thought the LCD screen would be a bit gimmicky but its excellent. I would definitely recommend this machine. We went for the truffle black rather than stainless steel model as the latter looks a bit too plastic. So my main crticisim would be that it should have more metal and less plastic for the price.

Figured he needed an upgrade after looking after our previous one for the last 10years which still has a lot of life in it. This new machine however will whip up a coffee in seconds and super easy to clean. Very low maintenance which is amazing especially when you have 3 kids under 4.

You can adjust everything to suit your own tastes and set it as your own favourite. It’s fast and you can buy a large variety of compatible pods . Little noisey but most machines that steam milk are . Love the look as well
