FANTASTIC product with SO MANY BENEFITS!!!
We upgraded and love this one as the area to pour the water in is much bigger, so its much easier and less chance of a spill. The basket has a flat bottom, unlike the pointed one on our previous machine. This allows the water to steep a bit longer to give the coffee a fuller, richer flavour. And another wonderful thing is it comes with a measuring spoon so there's no more guessing as to how much ground coffee to put in!!! The set and forget function is awesome too. Waking up to our delicous coffee already brewed for us is a beautiful luxury as the keep warm function lasts for hours. Thank you SUNBEAM AAA+++

Great~
I bought this about two months ago and basically use it everyday. I love the fact that you can set it for a later brew time or brew straight away. I use small coffee filters that I just bought from the supermarket that I place in the top. The coffee is delicious and it's lovely waking up to fresh brewing coffee each morning.
It was very difficult to find where to buy the sunbeam replacement filters for the water- so I just ended up buying the Breville ones from H.N and they seem to work well.
My machines top lid doesn't seem to want to stay on at times, so the steam does sometimes come out from under the lid which is hot to touch.
I am otherwise very happy with it.

So easy to use
I bought this drip filter a few weeks ago and just love the ease of operation and programming the clock and timer feature. It's a great looking unit, so it's a permanent feature on my counter top. It comes with a mesh filter but if you prefer a cleaner tasting coffee use paper filters. You may need to do a little searching on line to find them as they are 8-12 cup flat bottom filter. Team it with a Sunbeam grinder and you're good to go!

I’ve been using it for a few weeks and I love it. The coffee is always hot and tastes great, and the machine is really easy to clean and refil. I love the programmable feature too. Good work Sunbeam!

How mornings should be - Easy!
I now work from home and was craving a good coffee in the safety of my own home so I bought this coffee machine. Greatest decision I have made! You can use a ground coffee of your choice which is my preference over coffee pods, it's super easy to use too. My favourite feature is that you can set the timer for when you would like the machine to make you a coffee in the morning. Great machine if your looking for an affordable long term solution.

Great coffee machine, except...
I love this machine. It’s a good size, easy to fill and clean, and makes a great coffee. My only gripe is the water filter replacements - they are almost impossible to find and bonkers expensive. If the competitor brand option doesn’t work I’ll likely not use this feature which is a waste.

This is a fantastic machine. Timer option to set when your coffee is brewed. Taste is really good thanks to the water filter. Easy to fill with coffee + water. Best filter coffee machine I've ever bought.

Warm not hot!
I took the first 1 back due to it not being very hot. Thought it may be a fault but the second one is the same. The first pot was nice and hot but the next few I could actually hold the jug in my hands then I got lucky with another hot 1 but since then it has been warm. I like a hot cup but may as well just use water from my hot tap! Also the water runs through so fast I found the only way to actually get a decent amount of coffee was to use instant which made this way is NOT nice :(

Hi there, yes this model has a delayed programmable start time. They call it Brew Later. You will have to press Brew Later each time. The coffee maker will not automatically start again the next day. We trust this helps with your query

when I set the brew timer it wants to start immediately brewing how do you avoid this?
