Rated 4 out of 5 by from Quite happy with this machine. This is a good machine but doesn’t live up to the claim that it’s Bissell’s most powerful suction yet. The suction varies in performance depending on material being cleaned. It took me along time to do one side of my mattress but there is still a vague scent of cat.pee. I used the chemicals supplied. The mattress looks clean though and a good amount of dirty water came out. This machine is excellent for cleaning a car or a lounge with firm covers. I tried it on a chair with loose fabric and it just seemed to wet it. If you are wanting a deeper clean then I think the Bissell Hydrosteam may perform better. I do like the deep stain tool for massaging in solution and that this model comes with castor wheels.
