Not there yet - clunky to use
The robot is by no means easy to set up and use. In a house with a complex layout and much glass it does not map very well and multiple room maps are required. This reuires moving the housing and robot around and it is a heavy piece of kit. It does not cope with design gaps in the flooring between say a room and a bridge. Natural wood floors with knots cause the robot to try to clean the natural pattern multiple times. Mapping software is very poor. It's not pissible tomadjust a map other than in verticals and horizontals so angles cannot be coped with.

Excellent new addition
I purchased this around a month ago as a replacement for my Dyson 360 and my Wash G1. Was very unsure whether spending this amount was vendor indeed sensible, however, I must admit this replacement has been a dream to me. Performs very well, functionality excellent. The technology is well thought out and the design is good. Heavy item when you do need to lift it to clean sensors, filters etc. and the base needs more space, but….i can live with that once a week or so as this new addition to my home has proved so far to be very useful. I particularly like the fact it empties itself and washes/dries the brushes. All round good quality. I’m happy!

The best mopping vacuum I ever tried

I honestly love the design of this mopping vacuum. The base is a little bigger than some other vacuums I’ve seen, but it looks sleek and feels very sturdy. What really impressed me is how powerful it is. Even on quiet mode it cleans my tile floors amazingly well. My tiles have honestly never looked this clean before. The setup was also super simple and quick.
The initial scan of my home took less than 10 minutes, which surprised me because I have a pretty big house. Everything was easy to connect and start using right away. Overall, it made keeping my floors clean so much easier.

Not worth the Investment- Returned
Unfortunately I had to return this item because its performance did not match the price point. The suction was not sufficient and the track marks left on the carpet were awful. The mop didn’t actually clean nor did the extendable mop do the edges of the room. The timer function must have been linked to a different time zone even though it was set to UK time as it would go off at random times and the help line was less than helpful, just regurgitating the user manual.

Seriously Unimpressed
I am really disappointed with this. We live in a Victorian house with rugs that have fringes,the robot constantly gets stuck on the fringes,I believe it would work significantly better in a contemporary home with uniform flooring. I don’t find the vacuuming power good enough,and the wet floor function leaves small puddles of dirty foam on the wooden floor which have created small stains. I will be selling this secondhand.

Good cleaning but needs better software.
Worse than the 360 Eye we used to have. The cleaning is good and it's quiet, but it misses large amounts of our house no matter how mn times we remap it. At first we had issues with it turning on in the middle of the night, but that seemed to sort itself out, seemed to be working on Singapore time rather than UK. The base station is quite bulky but is well designed. Hopefully they will fix our issues with further software updates.

Don’t buy u til improvement
Bought this at vast expense. Used several times. Vacuum function moderate at best. profile too high to get under most bits of furniture. Wash function very poor. I have a level stone floor throughout the house and there was no evidence that floor was washed at all.

Extremely disappointed and left ripped off
I’m genuinely disappointed with this product. There is nothing innovative or “AI‑driven” about it — it feels tall, clumsy, and more like an early‑generation vacuum‑mop robot than a modern one. I bought it because of the brand name and reputation, but it hasn’t lived up to either.
The vacuum power is weak and doesn’t clean properly. The mapping system is extremely basic, struggles with accuracy, and doesn’t distinguish between carpeted and non‑carpeted areas. For the price, I expected far higher performance and smarter features. The only positive is that it’s bagless, but that alone doesn’t justify the cost.
Overall, I’m an unsatisfied customer and would not recommend this model. It’s overpriced, underperforms, and simply not up to the standard the brand claims to offer.
