Rated 3 out of 5 by from Figuring out your Electrolux model [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My new ElectroLux works wonderfully, and I would recommend it. But the operating instructions are NOT AT ALL intuitive! I acquired model EDV605H3WC, and the operating panel on the dryer does not match the operating panel on ANY instructions I could find online, or even the very short manual that came with the new dryer. I eventually photographed the QR code inside the door, which took me online to the manual for my particular model. Setting the dryer temperature requires pressing two buttons simultaneously and moving through steps that are not spelled out at all on the dryer readout panel. VERY frustrating!

Living on the Mornington Peninsula, it’s very hard to dry clothes outside, especially in winter, and this dryer has changed our lives. We’ve realized how essential it is to have a good dryer, and our Electrolux 6kg, with its sensor capability, is a perfect addition to our home. It’s compact, fits our limited laundry space, and is just the right size for all our drying needs. We have already recommended the Electrolux 6kg vented dryer to our friends and family.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Highly recommend this dryer. It has a rotating function as well as sensors. Each and everytime my clothes come out dry, tangle free and without creases. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Best dryer I have ever owned. My clothes drying time has been cut in half with this dryer. It is quick and super quiet. I love the rotating function. I have not had any of washing come out creased or tangled. I also love that it has a sensor in it to detect how long it needs to run for. I just chuck it on and walk away knowing that I don't have to check if the clothes are dry as the machine sensors if the clothes are still wet and stops when they are dry. Highly recommend this dryer for those wanting to save time and money.

We got into our new place and it already had a dryer apparently wasn’t that old but I used it a few times and it broke so we needed to get a new one. We got a bit bigger it’s the 6kg one and I’m absolutely over the moon with this purchase it’s soo quick and easy to do all my laundry now I don’t think I could ever go back to not using one especially living in an appartment with limited drying space and sun

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Efficient dryer, minor issues with dry temperature [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall the dryer is great, large capacity with multiple programs and dries clothes well. However there's no dedicated display for dry temperature so you can't see what setting it's on. While it's good to have an inversion sticker, unfortunately the label for the dry temp function is incorrect, which makes it super confusing! My label shows 'High ---- Airing.Low', when I'm pretty sure it should read 'Airing.Low ---- High'. A hard copy manual would have been useful, especially as I had to refer to it a lot when trying to figure out the dry temp issue & all the different programs. I ended up printing out the online manual so my family could use it as well. Generally though I'm happy with my purchase, it's better than my old dryer.

As a consumer, the standout feature is definitely the SensorDry technology. It accurately detects when my clothes are dry and stops the cycle automatically, which prevents over-drying and helps save on electricity bills. ​The reverse tumbling action is another huge plus, as it prevents my laundry from tangling and significantly reduces wrinkles, making ironing much faster. It is a compact and quiet unit that was very easy to set up. For a 6kg capacity, it handles family-sized loads of towels and linens remarkably well. I highly recommend this dryer to anyone looking for a reliable, efficient, and user-friendly appliance for their home. Five stars.
