Limited cycle options
I wish I'd researched better, or that I could return this machine. It is barely possible to customise cycles. The followimg statement by Electrolux is completely misleading... "Select the cycle and tune the intensity according to your needs. Based on your choice, SmartSelect will provide feedback, adjusting the programme length and temperature, guiding you to save energy, time and water". You simply cannot chose the customise a program for temp + spin speed + soiling level. The options to vary the set cycles are pretty much immaterial. If you do happen upon a cycle that is close to the parameters you'd like, the cycle length is 3.5 - 4+ hours!

I hate it!
You can only wash your clothes at 30 degrees. If you want to wash at 40, then you need to use the delicate cycle which only allows you half a load. Cottons are a minimum of 3.5 hours. No choice on length or time for any of the programs. So many programs that are useless and could have been replaced by a choice of length and temperature for normal washes. My 12 year old Electrolux that died was amazing with better options. I hate this new Electrolux and won’t buy this brand ever again. This must have been designed by someone who never does the laundry and has no idea what a 3.5 hour cycle means.

Excellent Washing Performance and Ease of Use!

Electrolux Model 800 Washing Machine.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this washing machine (Electrolux Model 800) about 4 weeks ago to coincide with myself moving into my newly built Granny Flat. I chose it because of it's attractive appearance and compact size and very simple to operate . It fits perfectly in my combined bathroom/laundry room. After the washing cycle, my clothes come out smelling fresh and wrinkle free. It has an excellent warranty program , giving me confidence in choosing a product made by Electrolux.

Horrible!! Don’t purchase!!
I brought a month ago should have done a bit of homework first, if I had known that you can only wash a hot cycle during a delicate wash I would not have purchased. Over 3 hours for cotton wash horrible. Only spins at 1200 rpm towels are still rather wet. Now E11 fault taking to long to fill, it’s not filling at all, done all the steps, turned taps off, checked no blockages, kinks etc, I believe it’s a pressure sensor issue or worse it’s the control panel. I live rurally and now in the process of contacting a Electrolux technician, where the nearest is 2 hours away. Wouldn’t recommend at all, do some research first before purchasing a new washing machine. So disappointed, brought on special for $899. Have had a Electrolux front loader prior to this and was great lasted 10 years. Won’t be buying another.

Very easy to use
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased the machine on 4/08/2025 and we have found it to very easy to use. There are multiple settings from which to choose and easy and simple to select the appropriate one. We have entered a setting in the "favourites" which makes it a very simple process come washing day. Downside-Our previous machine played a little tune when washing completed. This one does not have that feature. Not a big thing but quite useful.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It would be a year ago since I brought my Electrolux 8kg ultimate care 500 & I love it. The quick 15min wash for me as a busy mum to two little girls is a life saver to get the kids things done fast.
The machine is easy to use, incredibly quiet & my clothes are super clean no matter the setting. I can’t wait to update my fridge to an Electrolux next because I’m so impressed with the washing machine.

Good option
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought a couple of months ago - having had a front loader from another brand previously was a bit reluctant to run with this but so far the machine has been great. Only (and these are minor) issues have been the touch panel controls are sometimes seem a bit vague and , with the benefit of hindsight, we should have gone with a faster spin cycle option. Other than that no complaints.
