Rated 4 out of 5 by from Nice large capacity. This is a large machine washes well except it leaves white marks on anything black. Have tried different detergents etc. and still a problem. I have to pull out black clothing and put through an extra rinse. I like that it sends a reminder to my phone when a load has finished. Also, once started, it seems you can’t open it to add extras, you have to restart the cycle, may as well have purchased a front loader. UV sanitise is a good cycle, very effective at getting rid of odour in stinky gym underwear etc. Extra care is great for leaving towels soft. Also fairy quiet compared to our last machine.

I really like the upgrade to No agitator, more room to place items and better to remove items also. My old 8kg is nearly the same size as this 10kg, just a little taller. I love that I only have to do one load a week for all clothes and I also can't believe it has two filters inside the machine, easy to remove, clear and replace. Digits in red on the screen can be seen as I walk past the laundry room. If not the app is good to check or set and phone notification is a great idea also. Recommended for sure.

It takes a vast amount of laundry, and is intuitive to use. I like the functions like being able to simply add an extra rinse. I unboxed and installed it myself, and was disappointed how much plastic and polystyrene I am left to dispose of. I would like to see Fisher & Paykel move to more environmentally responsible packaging. Finally, one of our reasons to stay with F&P is their staunch support of the right-to-repair their products. They bend over backwards to allow customers to repair their products.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This 10kg F&P washing machine is not only the thrid F&P we have owned but also the biggest, capacity wise. The amount of washing that can be loaded into it is such a time saver and a real bonus. This, along with the endless and varied programs and settings makes life in the laundry so much better. Having a Wife that has been a Ladies Hairdressrer forever, and who seems to have trillions of salon towels, the new 10kg F&P makes keeping them clean & fresh a real dream. We are so satisfied with our F& that I can't see us using an other brand in the future.

The washing comes out really clean much cleaner than my old machine. I love the UV sanitising cycle it gives extra confidence that the washing is really clean. I have washed some big bulky items with no problems at all and I really really like the Auto fill no more wasting water. My only issue with it, is it is quite tall I'm 5ft 1in and struggle to reach small items from the bottom of the drum so if someone is shorter than me I would probably get a smaller machine. I am extremely happy with my purchase.

It was a no brainer to stick with a reliable brand. I am extremely happy with my new machine. Huge bowl due to having no visible agitator and I probably could have downsized to an 8 kg. However, it uses only the amount of water required, so really not a problem. Very quiet, efficient, and the lint filters work extremely well. The only issue I have is the lovely shiny plastic lid - not as robust as the old one which was metal. It will need to be covered when not in use to avoid scratching.

Easy to use and especially like the simple filters that unclip and clip back into place. The unit looks stylish and modern. Will always look at F&P white goods and TV's because of the quality. 4 Star rating given because it's new, happy to add a star in 6 months if no problems arise. We have recommended F&P to friends and neighbours in our new lifestyle village in Qld, many people here are buying new.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fantastic, quiet 10kg top loader! I am so happy with my Fisher and Paykel 10kg washing machine. It is super quiet and cleans all clothes much better than my previous machine. It has a huge drum and I’m able to clean all bedsheets in one go as opposed to 2 washes with my previous washing machine. I thought the lint filter wasn’t working but soon realised you have to detach it from the drum then flick open the cover inside the filter to reveal the lint. I’ve had the machine for a month now and highly recommend you purchase this top loader😀 I based my purchase on reviews, so I thought I would take the time to write this one.
