Rated 1 out of 5 by from Buyer’s Remorse!! This machine does not wash well AT ALL. I bought this as my Haier broke down under warranty & it was going to take weeks to fix. As a family of five we couldn’t be without a washing machine for weeks. Figured I’d go back to F & P after my previous one was a reliable work horse. Huge mistake!! I can not get my clothes clean in this machine. I’m constantly re-washing items. I’ve tried different detergent brands, and I’m going though stain remover by the bucketload. I’m currently using the soak cycle for every wash and I’m still getting poor results. The wash cycles seem short so I’m not sure if that’s the issue, or if the new style agitator is the issue? But I definitely can NOT recommend this machine.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Washes well. Has a couple of basic design flaws Seems to wash fine. Plenty of cycles to chose from. It operates queitly. Loads of room for the bifg stuff. Auto detergent dispensing works well, but! The auto detergent compartment could be easier to use. Found I am getting some leakage from the underside of the flip front when fillling. Also it is really hard to see the detergent level when the detergent is a similar colour to the compartment plastic. A different colour plastic or a coloured veritcal line up the inside back of the compartment would give a background to see the level against. Also the w/machine lid collour sucks, it doesn't work with white machine.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from 12kg Fisher Paykel washing machine Our old well used Fisher Paykel is still working but we updated to a larger one without the agitator in the middle. This one cleans huge loads of washing and continues the legacy of all our previous F Ps of ease of use and great cleaning. I love the Auto dose function on this model and the fact that it will also cope with larger items like doonas and sheets. A new feature for us are the two filters on the side which clip out and any debris and dust can be cleared. It’s amazing to see how much collects in there and is prevented from clogging up the system. I remain loyal to this tried and tested brand and highly recommend it to others that are looking for a reliable and effective washing machine

No manual adjust for water temps, preset to settings, not good. Separate spin is 20 mins and a joke for any hand washed items, farce. Previous models could complete in 7-12 mins. Clothing comes out with white residue/scum. We use liquid det. Not good enough for the price. We do clean lint filters and monitor. This has never happened before with previous models from FP. Maybe absence of agitator? All wash cycles are too long. This machine is way less and inferior. We wanted our money back but no joy! Maybe NCAT. Machine is NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE. Do not purchase.

It is so whisper quiet that I don’t even know it’s running. Even the end of cycle beeps are soft, which would be my only criticism, but it’s covered off by the notification I get on my watch/phone letting me know my washing is done! This is the first machine I’ve had without the central agitator and I feel that it’s not damaging my clothes as much and I also love the dual lint filters. Mind blowing how much lint is collected in every cycle! I don’t know what else to say other that I am completely happy with my new washing machine.

With a busy family household, the 12kg capacity has been a game changer. It easily handles big loads without feeling overloaded. The cycles are straightforward to use, and everything comes out clean and fresh every time. The UV Sanitise feature gives that extra peace of mind, especially with little ones around. It’s reassuring knowing clothes are getting an added level of care without needing extra steps or products. Overall, it’s been reliable, efficient and suits our family perfectly. No complaints at all as of yet.

You can fit so much into a large load, but you can also easily do smaller loads as well. I have washed blankets, duvet inners and I can wash two sets of queen-sized sheets in one load (good when you have visitors). I was concerned about the top spin speed only being 800rpm compared to the top spin speed of 1100rpm for my old F&P Fabricsmart machine. But I must say I haven't noticed this difference when the washing comes out.

When it first arrived i thought I'd need a degree to operate it! But once I used it the first time i found it was so super user friendly. This machine does such a clean wash of the clothes it would be hard to match!! I also love the easy to use, removable lint filters - what a great idea!!💡Also the auto fill detergent, another fabulous feature that saves me money as well. Well done F&P for developing the best washer on the market - at least as far as im concerned it is.
