Rated 1 out of 5 by tianhes from Faulty product. Poor communication I bought this washing machine a month ago but it is faulty. Keeps giving the E2 error: lid not locked although the lid does lock up. After multiple phone calls, a visit by the installs person and a visit to the Harvey Norman store, I am still waiting for the washing machine to be repaired or replaced. One star rating from me due to product being faulty and also poor communication.
