Complex or difficult jobs may require additional charges. On site evaluation is carried out at time of service, and it is at the providers sole discretion as to whether install can be completed. Our  Whiteware Removal of Old Unit^*1 Service offers the removal of your old dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, refrigerator or oven, when the new one is delivered.

To use this service, the old appliance must be the same type and configuration as the new one being delivered.

• The appliance being removed must match the category (e.g., washing machine for washing machine, fridge for fridge), and
• It must match the format/style where applicable (e.g., freestanding vs integrated, single vs double cavity, top‑load vs front‑load, etc.).

The old appliance must also be disconnected from power, plumbing and gas and be ready to be uplifted.
