Delicious Coffee!This Coffee Machine is one of the best I've used . It takes all the guess work out of trying to make a great coffee. Its great for first timers , very simple easy to follow steps, froths the milk just perfectly, the temp setting so good as I like my milk at about 70c . I love that you can save your own drink setting . Getting the right grind is key of course , so using high quality beans makes a difference. I would highly recommend this product , it is worth the money! I have upped my coffee intake since buying this as it makes a delicous cup of coffee wanting me to make another one later . The easy fill water from the top is extremely handy! You dont have to always spin machine around and fiddle with a heavy jug.

Breville Oracle Touch - a sensitive machineWas excited about my purchase. Great coffee BUT
for me, my Oracle Touch only lasted 5.5 months before needing to be packed up and sent to a repairer. Now waiting to get the machine back - while the clock ticks on the remains of the 24month warranty.
Starting to worry that I’ll need to look for a new machine next year. And possibly a Saeco (my last machine was a Saeco and it ran for 7 years without any problems).
Some of the design concepts of the Oracle Touch machine are great!! And when it works it is fantastic. The touch screen interface is very good. But chat room discussions suggest that there are some reliability issues. I know from some of these discussions that I will be very nervous next time I do the descale process. This seemed to coincidentally coincide with the start of my problems 3 weeks ago.

The oracle touchI have to say I was skeptical about buying this piece of machinery but boy was it worth every dollar. The Oracle Touch does everything a barista made coffee does and even better. It’s fully automated and in my calculation will save me thousands of $$ in the future. I’ve been excited about owning it and have begun to invite friends and family over to try it. Our family won’t go without it.

FaultyWe bought 2 oracle touches around the same time as we live between 2 places & both had the exact same fault. A leaking steam valve which caused internal damage. It eventually lead to tripping the power when trying to use. Both machines took 6 weeks to fix at an approved warranty Centre. Even worse we raved about the machines & friends bought one too. They are now facing the exact same problem.

Better with BrevilleWe recently purchased the Breville Oracle touch after upgrading from our outdated pod machine and wow what an amazing difference. Not only has the quality of the coffee improved but so too has the coffee making experience. My wife and now both compete to use the machine in the morning to hone in our barrista skills. I love the automatic frother which makes frothing milk so much easier than helplessly guessing your way through it. The adjustable wheel also much such a large machine easy to manoeuvre around the benchtop. Would highly recommend this machine to all!!

Falls apart after a yearI bought this product thinking this was the top of the line. After 1 year, it has started to make a rattling noise, showing errors and doesn't reach the correct temperature. For something so expensive, I have to go through the hassle of sending this to repair twice. I have this product on auto-start thinking I can get a good coffee when I wake up. Now I have to wake up because it makes a banging sound - disappointing considering it's expensive.

Love it, the choice for any coffee loverAbsolutely love it, this machine is perfect for a coffee lover that doesn’t want full manual. So glad I paid the extra for it. The two boilers are great so you can do milk and coffee at the same time. I also love the semi-automation and that you control the group handle and quality of poor. Also means you can get a separate grinder if you like decaf or a different blend sometimes. Also was pleasantly surprised with the auto frothing, it’s very good, nothing like the Nespresso frother. And the machine looks soo fine, well done breville

Thanks for your question. You can make 1 to 2 cups. The unit comes with a drink selection where you can modify the grind size, Brew setting, and Milk Temperature for your preferences. It has 1 cup and 2 Cup filter baskets for strong or large cups as well. Trust this helps! ^CO
