I bought these pillows a while ago and most definitely had to replace them with the exact same ones. Favourite pillow I have ever slept on. Fantastic for side sleepers and very comfy. I fall asleep so quickly.

Not high not firm
Sadly for me, I was taken in by the fact that said this was high and firm and it was for side sleepers... Seriously??? It is one of the softest pillows I have tried. I truly want my money back...

High & Firm?
Overall it's ok but it claimed to be high & firm....but it's like half as high as it needs to be to be called 'High', & too soft to really be called 'Firm' also!
So the manufacturers really need to try their own pillow to see it fails to stack up to its claims, & go back to the drawing board to redesign a pillow that's double in height & in firmness.
And look, for some folks thus may suit their needs & they might think it fits the description. However as it was purchased for my spouse who has both a severe spine Condition & a Collarbone Condition, it just did not suit their needs especially given it claims to be specially designed for side sleepers but did not support their head/neck enough to be classed as "High & Firm"..... may need to buy a second one to have the required support. 🤷♀️
