Very dissatisfied
I have Purchased the Rain 3.0 for myself and Thunder 1.0 for my wife, the Rain was good for a month and after that lost the support and slowly started to flatten out after 2 months and now has no support and no comfort at all. I wake up every morning with a stiff sore neck.
My wife couldn't use to her Thunder 1.0 and after a month she went back to her old pillow. I have tried to give it a go, the same story was good for a couple of nights of sleep and after that, it honestly feels like I’m sleeping on a bag of potatoes.

Life changing
I actually disagree with with the other reviews, but I guess it depends what you're looking for. The rain pillow is very dense and it does take some getting used to, but oh my God does it help with back and neck pain! It's literally changed my life. I've used it for years now and all it needs is the occasional reshape and it's as good as gold. The cooling feature isn't super effective with a pillowcase on, but you do get some benefit. My only issue is that it's not easily cleaned, but you're meant to replace them every 6 months or something anyway (not me admitting that I've had mine for over 5 years). I'm going to buy another one this weekend, I've been using another pillow for the last couple of weeks and I'm basically crippled with back pain. I hope they never stop making these!
