Too hard for my back, must be on display in storeMattress quality is great, however extra firm is too hard for my back and I regret that didn't choose firm or medium. I wish you had this mattress on display in store to try first and had a note on your website suggesting to try. Also, website should state importance of buying mattress protector at the same time, so then mattress will have an additional warranty if stained.

Furniture may take up to 8 weeks to deliver as most products are made specifically for your order. Some Customer Direct products are shipped from overseas and may take longer to arrive. Hi there. This is classed as one of the firmer of our beds. Because feel is rather subjective, we do recommend popping into store to try the beds to see if it is hard enough for you. Our helpful staff in store can help you select from our large range of beds. We trust this helps
